Yotpo is a wonderful tool for gaining trustworthy reviews from customers. I appreciate the ability to tailor some of the design aspects and wording even on the basic plan. Most recently, the feature I appreciated the most was the ability to import my reviews collected on a previous platform over to Yotpo. I was able to follow the very detailed instructions provided to create a file for upload. Once submitted my reviews were up on the site the very same day! Moreover, the customer service I received from Paulo was incredible! Thank you for such prompt responses and helping to ensure my reviews were uploaded successfully!

Yotpo services is great! And have quick response in solving my installation problem. Ther're friendly=) My Yotpo asisitant is Mark Oliver R. He/She help me a lot on the proclem. Thanks for the services!

Back into early this year, we switched from another review app to Yotpo. Everything is wonderful and smooth. We just wished that the review stars can show up in the collection page before entering product page. But we have seen Yotpo team working diligently to improve their app and adding more functions over the course of this year. Last weekend we found that Yotpo added code that you can add review stars and we quickly pasted to our codes to show star rating but we failed. We emailed Yotpo on Sunday and got response from Lucy on Morning and Tuesday morning everything is fixed and in place and the review stars show on our collection view nicely. Thanks for a timely and great job!
Besides the start rating, we found that the Yotpo added coupon promotion in emails sent out to customers. And lots of other thoughtful features are added this year. Very happy to switch Yotpo. Great job you have done!

I love this app. It's easy to use to collect and show reviews. I love it so much, I transferred it with me when I moved to Shopify from my previous website host. Their support team cannot be beat!

Its a great app . cant ask for more . all my needs were met and great customer support. immediate response to tickets were given.

Lemuel was super helpful! I had trouble with importing reviews but he was able to take a look at my file and manually fill in the information I was missing.

We have been using Yotpo for quite a while now and love it, easy to set up and it has certainly helped with our sales. More importantly, the support is second to none, we had a small issue with our store recently and it was addressed by Howell extremely quickly.

I added this app and had some technical problems implementing it at the homepage. I wrote to the support. Very shortly, I've recieved an answer from Josephine from Customer Support. She solved my problem very fast and even improved the implementation of Yotpo in my website. Working with this app for some time now, I can say that it's an incredible reviews app and it is a must for every Shopify website. Start with the free plan and later upgrade if needed.
