James E. was super great! He understood the problem I was having and quickly found a solution. Not only did he find a solution, he completed the task for me so I had no trouble setting up what I needed.
I have only been using the app for a few days, and it's easy to use. Ran into a slight issue with the importing which resulted in duplicates but Joian Z provided fantastic support and assurances to resolve the issue.
So far so good.
