I love being able to sync photos from Instagram and having them appear on the product pages! I was having some issues getting them to appear for new products but Junalou was a big help and assisted me with the issue in a timely manner.

Amazin customer service, very responsive, Junalouwas great, really helpful.

Anne at customer service was extremely helpful setting me up and making sure I completed the steps correctly. I hope that this app is perfect in communicating with customers for my reviews! Plan on upgrading if all goes well to unlock additional features. Junalou was a big help with helping install the app to my current shopify theme. Went above and beyond to ensure it was set it correctly. Great service and communication.

I was frustrated with this app because of my theme, so I decided to contact customer services. I expected it to take a while, and boy, I was wrong. I met Gimbert, and Gimbert was responsive and helpful. Gimbert even got back to me in less than 48 hours by fixing my theme's code to work with this app, and it works wonderfully! I used this app before and because of the price I went with another app, that is when I realized that this app is the best. I decided to go back to them. And representative Reinier D. was extremely help with helping me transferring my reviews from the other app. I truly appreciate the help. I will recommend this app.

I love this app. Yotpo's customer service made my life so easy tonight. I was having a problem (user error) and decided to contact customer service at 11pm EST and was able to get my issue resolved immediately. I would refer Yotpo to anyone asking.
