The standard entry level application is fine but very limited and you can expect a much higher price tag if you have interest in anything beyond the basic and other bells and whistles. Function is good and effective and would be improved with a more simple management of moderately increasing number of orders rather than such big price jumps. Value proposition is very good for entry level for sure. Customer service can be frustrating but has improved I've noticed more so lately.
We're using Yotpo to collect reviews from our customers. It's easy to use and when we have doubts on how to do an specific action we've contacted the Support Team by chat. Howell Keith provided the articles with the steps we needed to follow and was helpful during the process :)
Overall pretty good - reached the max on my plan very quickly so was a bit confused when I reached the max again quickly on the next plan up, but had it explained by customer service clearly and quickly. Will continue to use.
It's okay....but I'm not sure if it is worth the amount of the paid plan.
LOVE this app. there's nothing like word of mouth to build consumer confidence, and this app works perfectly!
The customer support is very good, my issue was dealt with quickly and was resolved for me straight away
Just started using the app, that's why I only gave it 4 stars, but so far so good and I love the chat feature, takes the stress out of not knowing if you will be able to reach someone for assistance. Mary Ann was a great help!

Have only just installed the app, so far, so good. Ronel was very helpful with queries when setting up. Dropped review to 4 stars...it seems I skipped a step upon set-up to automatically send review requests to my past orders (I.e. those prior to integrating Yotpo). Eunice was so helpful, stuck with me and arranged for the past order review emails to be sent. It took 3 weeks for the root of the problem to be identified and resolved. I feel either the instructions need to be clearer, or there needs to be the option to send them mails once someone has set up their account so that if the step has been accidentally missed, someone can go back and send them mails. (I must note I am on the free account, for now)
I had a challenge getting reviews to show on my Collections page so I started a live chat with Yotpo and Jeorge Kenneth V was awesome at understanding my challenge, logging into my site and fixing it for me as well as going the extra mile in helping me with additional requests around modifying the styling of the reviews. Every chat I've had with Yotpo has been very helpful. Thank you for the great service.
