Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

Support was able to help me fix my review page and get it added to my website. It looks great. I look forward to using more features in the future.

I added this app today and it shut me down before I could use it!!!!! My Shopify theme is Supply. My logo AND NAVIGATION MENU disappeared and it took hours for Shopify to find the bug. Do not install this app, or any other app, unless you are certain that their code will clealy integrate with your store theme.

great customer service. was able to help answer my questions. So far I am liking the product. Will see how it increases conversion rates here soon.

Yotpo is the Crème de la crème of social reviews, in addition to the great product - the service is of the best quality. I greatly appreciate Eunice for helping me integrate the plugin to my OS 2.0 theme. Eunice is extremely responsive offering direct assistance. Very happy with this app! Re-did our site theme and incorporated Yotpo, in the first 72 hours we generated nearly 30 reviews and identified a few customer service issues we were not aware of. Fast customer support, too!

I installed Yotpo on my original Go Daddy shop and when I switched to a Shopify store I was able to transfer all my great customer reviews from the old shop to the new. I am not technically inclined at all to do this myself so I reached out to support. Thank goodness for their help!! Wonderful support team and they made sure I got every last review transferred!

I enjoy the app but I changed my theme and its like pulling teeth to get someone to assist with applying code to my new liquid. I sent and invitation and a request for assistance and all I got back was a confirmation that the work orders were merged into one.

The product and collections pages have yet to be updated and no one has responded to my two requests on a status update.

As long as you can figure all the code out you are golden if no be prepared to wait awhile and then when they do get back to you it might not be to discuss your actual request.

What should be included in a basic plan isn't... I emailed in because there was an issue and was told that the plan I was on ($30) a month was going away and it was going to $399 a month!!! Who in their right mind would pay $399 a month for things you can get with other review apps for under $40 a month ????? They take FOREVER to respond to support requests. I'm really still unsure why their reviews are so high..... OH and they hide prices on their site now so you have to give them your info to find out it's ridiculously expensive.. No thank you.

Very robust and has anything and everything you could want in a reviews app!
