Great product, Manny was LIFESAVING! He took time to help me set everything up, gave me best practices tips, ideas. He also set up our widgets and checked what I had set up to make sure we didn't make fools of ourselves. I was completely lost on what to do with Yotpo, Manny really saved the day for us. Absolutely great, generous support. Really excited to use this now.

Great customer service from Kenneth. He went over and beyond. He was able to fix my issues and was kind enough to do it for me.

Beware of the info on the site. It lists wishlists as one of the checked items on the growth plan, but NOPE. Even though it is checked, it is not included. I will stick with the free version until I find a different provider. Mostly just upset about the amount of time wasted.

Amazing customer service, Keith has been a huge help onboarding Yotpo. By the far the easiest and most convenient customer experience out of all my digital service providers.

So far so good. Just signed up and having trouble finding specific settings. I was surprised that the live chat option was pretty much immediate. Still a ways to go before I can really make a fair evaluation but Eunice from the live chat was awesome - knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant!
