This application has definitely helped us sell more items, based off customer reviews. I was running out of emails every month to send, so I upgraded the plan to Growth 200, and then support team installed some snippets of code for us, to save us the time and the confusion. Great app and great support!

Very user friendly for someone who is technically challenged its nice to have a responsive customer service via chat. I have already noticed more people using this and posting the pictures in their reviews. It's really easy to share to social media too. Nice Work. ;-)

Second encounter needing help Ronel was great and addressed my issue quickly. I just needed to update my token and reconnect to Facebook but he helped me do all of that.

I utilize yotpo for my site reviews, and it’s been great. Being able to offer coupons in exchange for reviews has helped get customers to leave a review. I had to recently reach out to customer service because I changed my Shopify theme. Junalou was fantastic in getting my widgets back in order, and they were very quick to help me. I am so grateful for the positive experience!!

Love this app. Incredibly easy to install :) We are also very happy with the technical support we receive from Yotpo team! They have been timely and courteous in response to our customization requests. Keep up the great work!
