Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

Jeorge helped me greatly in updating my site with the reviews badge after i updated my theme and it disappeared. He also helped me import reviews via the Yotpo template so i could add my Ebay reviews to my shopify site.

Absolute stunning service by Joian Z from Yotpo support. I recently changed from the old Debut theme to the new Dawn theme and were having trouble to load the Yotpo widget again. Within a few minutes it was resolved. So re-assuring to have such excellent support for apps you pay for.

Have been using this app since we began with Shopify. There has never been an issue with it and their customer support team has been nice to work with! I believe that having these reviews have led to further sales from customers who see what others have to say.

Recently installed this app for my Shopify store. The free element as everyone knows is very limited. However, once I upgraded I needed the advice of the 'Yotpo Growth Support Hero' .. Literally unbelievable level of service, help and recommendations. Well done Yotpo and well done Yotpo Growth Support Hero 'Jaypee' ...., If every company could take a leaf from your book the world would be an easier place to navigate.

We've used this app for product reviews and love it. It drives so much traffic back to our store with email review requests, i'd recommend giving it a try.
