The app works very well especially for someone like me who cant code. Their customer support is amazing. They provide instant solutions and are ready to help you through their simple chatbox. Noren today helped me place the rating carousal on my website which I was struggling to do on my own. She also created an extra tile so that I can easily adjust it on my own in the future. I was struggling to get Yotpo on my Shopify store. Dana Shamir helped me out by downloading it and transfering all of my previous customer reviews to the new app. I am so glad they could do this quickly. Glad to be using Yotpo!

first of all, without knowing anything about code, i was able to add the Yotpo widgets onto my website and make it look great, which shows how well done it is. An update of my theme created havoc on my website and Josephine immediately came to the rescue and fixed everything for me. Amazing customer service!!!

Another update. I needed more help after changing my Shopify theme, and Rhenant was able to quickly solve all my issues. I so appreciate such great customer service.

This app is simple to use and install and I am so impressed with the results! When I started using Yotpo's emails I saw the reviews left on my site double immediately! I was previously using an automated email from mail chimp to ask customers to return to my site to leave a review, but giving them to ability to leave a review directly from their email has been huge success.

The only thing I would change is to be able to change what address the email is sent from so that user can respond to the email. I am not sure if this feature is available in the paid version.

The app itself is great, but this review is to talk about the customer service. I dealt with Jo Lorenz earlier today, and he was super helpful in getting the app moved over to a new theme that I had installed. He dealt with my requests to place the carousel in different places on the homepage to see which worked best, and also set up the product page exactly how I wanted.
