I installed this app because I know how powerful customer reviews can be. I was nervous because I started out with 0 reviews. I thought it would look bad on our store. Because YOTPO sent out emails to past customers, I received 50+ reviews in two days, it was incredible! I could not be happier with this app.

Excellent app .. very easy to instal .. best bit is customers can just write their review within the email they receive .. no need for them to go anywhere else... makes your whole store transparent with reviews by real customers... have problem with the coupons though hope that gets fixed soon.

Raphael from customer service is a real rockstar. Fantastic customer service. He made sure that all my issues get resolved and all questions get answered. When I was stuck with installing app widgets, he helped me with that as well before I could even say 'please'. Great customer service and great product that will help me generate more sales and earn my customer's trust

The app is easy to use and does what it's supposed to. Most of all, help is a click away. I had a couple of features that I wanted to turn on and chatted with John G. He was able to get those features implemented in seconds. He also suggested a few other features that I think will be great for my site. He was very helpful and efficient. I have used other apps where, although the app may be good, the service is not there. This is certainly an app that has both.

Great way to collect reviews and the staff are super helpful. Would highly recommend using the app for your business needs.
