I have just installed the app. So far so good. I'm thinking about switching to a paid plan. I had an issue after I installed the application. Eunice helped me fix the issue very quickly.

I really like this app and am hoping it brings more traffic to my site. I am not technologically savvy and had trouble installing the code. I received an email stating, that I'd downloaded the app but it was not installed. I responded explaining my difficulty. A tech then installed the app for me correctly. I am a new store and have received a handful of reviews. I am looking forward to generating more.

Excellent application, even in free mode. Does exactly what it should do - you can adjust when it will ask your customers to write a review, you will have control over what is published and what is now. Easy integration in Shopify platform.

Yotopo installed very easily. They send you updates whenever someone leaves a review, and it works very fluidly with both my Shopify page and my Facebook Fan page. Five star Grade A work!!!!

Incredible response happened immediately after installing (which happened nearly immediately). Their support is solid. They've helped us to sell $thousands$ of dollars in sales and has become our follow-up and customer service pillar. Quite more than was advertised, huh?
