Albert V assisted me to troubleshoot and he was so easy to work with. He was patients and quickly resolved my issue. I was very impressed!

Definitely getting way more reviews now than we were before using Yotpo. makes it super easy for our customers to leave reviews on our site, including adding photos. Integrates perfectly with the site. Support is good.

Overall a fantastic experience.

I was a little apprehensive at first regarding the charges and how they can scale quite high but YotPo is very professional in what they do and takes care to ensure that the review app works perfectly through your site.

In my opinion, a very good app to use especially if you don't have a trained developer on hand, as the YotPo team can help with a number of things.

Great customer service! Helped me recover my reviews when an item was accidentally deleted which was huge!!

I've been using this app for some time, but tonight i needed to check some conversion tracking codes and activate another item, and i was having difficulties - jumped onto online chat and Keith was there on my online chat response and within 15 minutes, the whole thing was sorted out and done! THANK YOU KEITH! Now that's fast service!!! 5 stars from me - great service Yotpo!!! Good job!!!

The customer service has been incredible. They were able to remedy a couple issues we had on our end during the integration. highly recommend.
