Yotpo provides strong shopper credibility and the app is well integrated with Shopify. Customer support is responsive and helpful based on my great interaction with Mary Ann. Overall usability of Yotpo has a lot of room for improvement, which I hope to see soon.

I use this app to collect product reviews on our Shopify store. At first, I didn't like that anyone could leave a review - as in, people who didn't even buy our products and just wanted to leave a bad comment. When I tried to unpublish the reviews, they took a while to be removed from our site. Not satisfied, I contacted the YOTPO support team. They responded within 24 hours and let me know I could change a setting so only those who buy our products can leave reviews, and explained why sometimes unpublishing reviews may take an hour or two. I am happy with their help, and with a few simple setting adjustments, the app has become everything we hoped for.

The customer service was incredibly helpful and fast responding! Elven was fantastic in going above and beyond supporting me with implementing the app and even helped with some other issues! Josh

I'm using YOTPO for over a year right now. It doesn't give me any trouble at all. Recently I contacted their customer support team to customize something and their response was exceptional! Very prompt, on Sunday (!)and resolving my issue right away. I wish the other apps have such customer support!

Been using Yotpo for a few months and upgraded to premium because of the features we wanted. Have to say the customer support was also premium as well, they installed rich snippets for me when I got totally stuck and was thinking I would have to pay someone to get it done. Really first class, with a business like ours we rely very much on our reviews in getting new site visitors to purchase and Yotpo most definitely does that. The ability to post a review direct from the email is a killer feature. Get it!

Edited. Aug 2016.I was on the $30 monthly plan (now $399!!!!) and I uninstalled it despite the warnings that my plan was no longer available. Why would I do that you may ask ? Simple, I wanted the benefits of inline SEO where the reviews themselves are in html not Javascript and can appear in organic Google search results.Very useful for keywords, that would have meant me forking out, wait for it, $499! May even have gone up now, can't tell as they no longer have open pricing. I looked around and there are new kids on the block that were not around when I went with Yotpo. I am now with Judge Me, $15 monthly with everything that I wanted and customer service that is simply awesome, it rivals Yotpo with it's features and will no doubt outpace it the way theydevelop it.

As others have mentioned I think the Yotpo pricing now puts it out of reach of all but the biggest stores. Even then I am left wondering why anyone in their right mind would want to shell out that sort of cash for a product that offers little, if any, benefit of it's far cheaper competitors.

We were using shopify reviews app, what a waste. How can a review app not send auto emails requesting customers to review their purchase, that is a MUST. We went back to YotPo, as we used them a few years ago. I have NEVER had tech support as good as I received from Paulo at YotPo. Paulo spent a ton of time sorting through a number of unique issues we ran into due to our back end setup. YotPo is the best review app, period, and now I honestly think YotPo has some of the best support of any APP providers we have ever worked with. Thank you Paulo

Yotpo has been great for Bloomist.com so far (4 months in), we have had a paid version and are still trying to understand how to customize for best results. Recently we reached out for support in order to get reviews sent X days after fulfillment date vs order date and they fixed it immediately - Danreb in support was quick and polite!
