I recently updated my theme and my Yotpo reviews disappeared, I contacted support for help and I immediate receive an email with my ticket number, 10 minutes later I receive another email from Sheen letting me know the issue was been resolve and that my Yotpo reviews were back in my store! The reviews should speak for them self! The free version is awesome as is! Their premium versions of the app are pretty pricey, but the app looks great and your users are more inclined to listen to the review when it is from a "verified buyer" as Yotpo displays on the reviews for shopping assurance

After six months, I strongly do not recommend Yotpo. It's a subpar product that is clunky and all over the place. Their admin interface is mismatched and terrible. Its waaay overpriced. Their outside marketing looks good, but once under the hood, you'll regret it.

Had an issue with my shopify theme not showing the customer reviews after changing themes couple months back. After asking Shopify Support Agent ( Ed ), The problem was fixed really quickly and even went above my expectations with additional features!

It's a great app with amazing support for any issues that popup. I really like the Growth plan that is very reasonable priced and includes getting the star rating to show on Google search. It is already helping with both click-through and conversion.
