I had a phenomenal experience with the customer service agent Eleen. I love using Yotpo. Every time I work with a customer service agent from Yotpo, my needs are taken care of.

This app is great! I had trouble installing it and their customer service team went into the back end and took care of everything very quickly. I've been very happy.

Although I'm new to Yotpo (Day 1) I just have to say I'm loving it already. I had the pleasure of getting Donald U. on support chat and he helped me for such a long time going above and beyond. He even helped me via video chat fix a glitch in some custom code. We use this app to get customer reviews. When we were not ready to utilize a feature that Yotpo provides, a friendly guru quickly assisted us with removing it.

Really helpful customer service to get my growth plan started, no issues making sure that I got the layout and data tracking all ready.

Reinier was super helpful, quick, and knew exactly what I (a novice) was trying to communicate. Live chat feature was great.
