So far so good - easy to install and the Support team were able to answer all my questions immediately on live chat. Looking forward to the reviews starting to come in.
Update: I have now upgraded to the Growth plan. The app is not always 100% intuitive, however Support is excellent. Nick S really helped me today.

Update - I wanted the reviews widget adding to the home page (and deleting from Product page). Allen M was immensely helpful and did the work for me, very quickly.

Yotpo Product Reviews have amazing customer service. Very helpful and easy to get ahold of. I'm happy with their service.

So far so good, have had downloaded for a couple of days. I did come across a few problems setting up due to my lack of understanding the setup process. However, when I reached out for support they came in and were able to target the issue and resolve it. I was shocked at how fast they responded and resolved my issue. Would recommend trying out at least!

This app is great. Easy to use with good customer support should you need it. I love that it emails customers at a pre-determined time post purchase, my reviews started flowing in. Easy Peasy. Thanks Guys

I used the free app for awhile, but really like the ease of this app, the reviews are collected quickly and customer service is incredible!! So I upgraded. I'm really glad that I did.

So far I am very happy with not only the app itself and its relative ease of use, but also with the support I have received on some questions that I had. They were professional, thorough and very helpful in assisting me with how their app appeared on my site. We've used other review apps before but this has definitely been much more fruitful and we are getting many people interested in giving their reviews of us and our products.
