This is a very user friendly app...but still, I couldn't figure something out and I was able to message someone (Eduardo R) for help at 9pm on a Monday. He helped me right away, it took a few minutes and I was able to move on to the next item on my task list! Just had another great experience! Rilu Jane B helped me SO much! I feel like I owe her $1000 because her help was so valuable!

Amazing app and the best support i've had so far! I don't generally write reviews but ive recently migrated from squarespace to shopify and yotpo helped so much with setting up the reviews. Yhis app has all I need from what I see so far but the most important thing for me is always fast support, which they have, so that would be a 5 stars for me. I especially want to thank Ronell, Kenn & Sheen from the support team for going above and beyond to help
