This was my first time using Yotpo after hearing great reviews about it. I ended up chatting with a support agent to help me with a few things and the entire process was seamless. Junalou was beyond helpful and extremely patient with me. Was able to integrate some features into the site for me, effortlessly. Thank you guys so much for providing such a great platform for us ecommers to use!

We can't get any support. Been with them for years and they won't resolve the issues we are having. We are going to have to switch away from these guys.

I want to take the time out to say I LOVE this app and Thanks to Manny I'll be continuing to use this app. I love this app so much that I got a new website and I wanted to transfer it to my new site. Manny made it very easy for me with the help he provide. He was very helpful and patient with me on trying to help me resolve my problems. He already fixed one of my problem and is working on the other one now. I'm so happy now that I got a great person like Manny to help me. I like that yotpo have live chat, best thing ever they respond very quickly and very knowledgeable. Just want say thanks again Manny for working so hard to resolve my issues.I highly recommended this app. If you don't have it go download it now.

Awesome app! I was looking for an app that will show the star ratings on the page and they have it! Easy installation and it has everything I need!

This app has been great. I wanted to make a small modification to it for when our product reviews were sent, which at first seemed too difficult. But Jo persisted in trying to understand what it was I was after and was able to help me in the end. Really grateful thankyou Yotpo.

They deserve -10000 stars!!! Their own customer service people don't know what they are doing!!! Klaviyo integration only on annual plan. Who are your scamming???? Scammers!!!! I can't believe shopify allows these scammers to do whatever they want!!!!

John B was helpful when we had a problem connecting our reviews to our Meta account. I have sent an email previously about it to Support but that person was unhelpful and fell out of the conversation and never followed up after two emails. I appreciate John looking into the problem and sending a follow-up. Thank you!
