Amazing support! Nicole was so helpful and installed everything needed on the product page within minutes.
The options in the app are confusing and difficult to sort through features and subscription levels. But, the reviews DO affect sales, and the support is very good. I had an issue with all reviews displaying on every page, not product-specific reviews. Nick was able to assist by editing the code in my theme to resolve the issue. Very grateful for the assist and support!
I contacted customer support today and the agent, Nicole, was very helpful and prompt. There is an issue that I will need to wait to see if it's resolved, but she went above and beyond in helping me fix an additional issue that I didn't even bring up at first.

Jo Lorenz was very helpful in explaining how to install the star rating code. I had no further questions after.
Lots of functionality but beware - I installed this yesterday and I did not actively enable the email feature (or so i thought - just opened it to play around with the templates) .... but just now (24 hours later) it has emailed all of my previous buyers with a review request. Trying to get a hold of customer support to see how I can turn this off until I'm ready to launch it.
Easy to implement and works well. Definitely worth using.
Gave it four stars due to the date in American format and not changeable.

I really didn't want to write this review as I wanted to get the problems I've had resolved but have heard nothing back after several emails and over a week of waiting. Only my first ever customer got a review email and after that no one else did which now means I have lost a lot of opportunities for reviews. It's a shame as other reviews have been so positive but that's just not my experience. I got an initial response and then haven't heard anything since.
way too expensive and not worth it
we spent $5000 for this for ONE year... and definitely not worth that investment.
So far, so good. Was easy to setup the automatic review request emails with my branding and adjust the language how I wanted. Had an issue with getting the app to email past orders but Junalou talked with me for well over 30-minutes to help determine it was a backend issue and Yotpo had it fixed by the next day!
