Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

I contacted Yotpo as a number of our reviews were not appearing on our website. Michelle was quick to respond and explained why this was happening. I was then able to provide her with what she needed to populate them on our site which meant 21 more great reviews! It would be great if I could stop reviews going against our monogramming options at the outset as I think I may well have to go back to Yotpo for further support.

UPDATE 2022: Best app! Plus their customer service is great, Kenn was super fast and helpful today. Love this app! I've had it on my website for a long while now. I only had one problem with it recently and it was resolved smoothly, thanks Annie. A must have on your store!

great reviews app, flexbile and the free plan does most of what you're looking for. really good customer service and sasha was great at solving our issues importing our old reviews. thanks yotpo!

UPDATE: I still use this app over a year later. I was assisted by Warly today and I was satisfied with his service.

Great support team had a very good experience, sorting out transferring our reviews to a new website. I recently need some more help and the customer service is amazing. Once again top-notch customer service.
