Very happy with Yotpo - I had some minor issues when I updated my theme. I really like the chat help because things can be resolved in real time. I chatted with Doner P. who was extremely helpful and took care of things perfectly!

Good support! Their pricing is more reasonable now for the features they offer as well. ------------------

My reviews were not being displayed on my product pages. Reached out to customer service and received a quick response. Simoun checked on the issue and fixed it right away. As always, great customer service!!

Very helpful, great customer support. I would highly recommend this app. Especially for someone just starting out.

Totally satisfied with customer service and ease of use. Each time it only takes a few min to jump on a text support and they do a good job at fixing the bugs and answering questions.

We started out with the basic version of the YotPo app and upgraded to premium after a couple of months once we realized how powerful the reviews are. The automation is excellent. The only downside is that to use ALL of the features we would have to upgrade our plan yet again.

I spoke with Daniel today and he went above and beyond to help me. It took over 2 hours to get everything the way I wanted it and he did it all. I would highly recommend them and not use anyone else. Ty,,,TY,,,TY,,, I needed some things tweaked a little and they were so helpful with making it look the way I wanted. Love the look! TY :) They were such a great help!
