We just switched over to Yotpo and had AMAZING customer service in the process. Donald U went out of his way to help us move onto the platform and integrate our reviews. I have rarely had this positive of an experience dealing with support on Shopify apps and couldn't speak more highly of Donald U and the help we received from him!

The ONLY thing I don't like about this app is that it says it is a drag and drop (or however you say it) and it's not. I had to get help from someone at Yotpo to add it to my website, however that service was EASY and GREAT. I am super happy with how they installed the app.

Their support is very responsive and helpful. I had questions regarding the app functionality and they answered them in minutes.

Yotpo had trouble synching my orders. I had good customer support on the helpdesk by Simoun Francis to solve it

Customer service is great! I was migrating reviews from another review app and ended up with a ton of duplicates. Spent a few hours taking care of it myself but couldn't figure it out. Customer service resolved the issue in minutes.
