I love Yotpo!! I have been using it for last 10 years & absolutely love the support! Huge shoutout to Mitch R for solving everything at lightning fast speed. If anyone is looking for a review app or anything yotpo makes I highly highly recommend yotpo! You won't this level of customer service anywhere trust me & I have tried other apps. Thank you Mitch!!

As a large brand, we sadly cannot recommend any of the Yotpo's modules. The platform is extremely buggy, most of the features can't be accessed the majority of the time, switching between stores is a nightmare. One of their other modules also triggered an issue on our store that costed us hundreds of thousands of dollars and all we were offered is a one month's subscription discount. Yotpo's platform is behind, poorly maintained and technically unstable.

Yotpo is a great tool for product reviews. There's a lot of versatility and optionality offered. Their support team is very responsive and helpful, especially Ruzsel J. They help solve issues quickly and efficiently!

Ruzsel John Nabong was such a great help! I needed to add a reviews block to Klaviyo emails and was having a hard time adding my app key. He was able to get on a call right away to help guide me through it. I appreciated the personal interaction as it made the process more efficient than just messaging and allowed me to ask additional questions.

Hi worked with Joian Z in support after hours when we had technical issues. He was able to confirm with screen recordings how to properly test and confirm everything with our review requests were properly formatted. I was assisted by Ruzsel, and I really appreciate the support I received. I wanted to transfer reviews from our old account to a new one, and he patiently explained how remapping works.
He clarified that reviews are tied to product IDs, so if a review is linked to the wrong or old product ID, it won’t automatically show up in the new account. The solution was to remap or reimport the reviews to the correct product ID so that they display properly under the right products.
Ruzsel walked me through the process step by step and made sure I understood everything clearly. His explanation was very easy to follow, and he took the time to ensure there wouldn’t be any confusion moving forward.
He is truly one of a kind, and thanks to his guidance, I feel confident and happy using Yotpo. The support experience made a big difference, and I’m very satisfied with the outcome.
