I couldn't get my Yotpo reviews to show on my new theme - Albert V resolved this for me - Thank you!

Yotpo is probably the single most important app to add to your site. It does everything as advertised and is very flexible in matching the design of your site. Whats more Lucy and the gang offer exceptional customer service.

After using YotPo for more than 5 years, we discovered a gap in which no emails were being sent to our customers for more than a two-week period. We were not over our Order Limit during this period. Tried to reach out to YotPo, and began chat with customer service representative. One hour and twenty minutes later, they were still not understanding the issue, and seemed to have little knowledge of their system (at one point, they said that we just created our account "yesterday"). Gave up speaking to them, tried to use the "Contact Support" form and the form did not do anything when you click "Submit". Another customer support representative reached out to us quickly via email, and was able to resolve the issue. We understand that mistakes and glitches can happen, and will keep YotPo in high regard due to the way they responded to the problem, and corrected the errors.

Brilliant Service from Yotpo. They helped me with installing the code quickly and it was easy to get contact them. The support was excellent. Well done :-)

We've been using Yotpo for about 2 years and haven't had any problems. They even helped to mark up the content so that review stars show up in google search. Customer service was on point any time we needed them.

Ahh, Nick was brilliant. Thank you Nick and Yotpo! My reviews we not showing up on the backend and Nick talked me that issue AND THEN went above and beyond to solve my other issue of reviews not showing up on my website. Extremely helpful and listened to what I was trying to do and fixed it all very efficiently and professionally. Thank you agian.

Super easy to install and great customer service. My only wish as a small business is that they would offer the social platform on the beginners plan. Would do it again in a minute.

So far so good, 30 days in and they generated a review for every product I sold. We were also recommended to look at Trust Pilot, but the cost was more than prohibitive. I am looking forward to using more of the features on YotPo

This app is fantastic! We've enjoyed all of the features and benefits and love seeing our customer's feedback since 2014. We recently experienced a slight issue and Josephine in tech support handled it swiftly and all was great again. Thanks so much for a great product.

A great app, really helpful staff with fast feedback to help answer problems. My only thing that I would like to see added to the service is the ability to create a QR code to request reviews. This is something that would be helpful for immediate feedback on orders and products.
