I use this app to generate reviews for my cosmetic company. I'm not very tech savvy so I contacted customer support for help adding the code to my site. Ruzsel J. was very helpful - I really appreciate the help!

I use this app to collect reviews and be able to communicate with Customers who tell their problem when leaving a review and I then get a chance to correct the problem if at all possible. Great product!

This app is the best, it helps me to receive feedback from my customers, and in case of any problem with an order, it gives me the opportunity to correct the problem and retain my customers. Customer service is top notch, today I needed help inserting a code into my Shopify store, and Doner did it for me in seconds. It is a great tool to receive feedback, build customer loyalty and increase sales.
