Amazing app, i love it, the people loves to see reviews
使いやすく、信頼性のあるレビューも集まりやすいのでとってもおすすめです。英語対応にはなりますがサポートも迅速で、インストールや設定がうまくいかずに問い合わせをしたら代行してすぐに運用開始できました。サポート面が手厚いのはユーザにとっては嬉しいポイントだと思います。

Ronel was so helpful! Literally one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Shot out an e-mail and within the hour had a response with a resolution!
I contacted Yotpo customer service chat because I was having problems seeing my reviews and star ratings on my website. Ronel the customer service rep helped me installed the proper widgets on my website and within minutes I was able to see the reviews and star ratings.

Have used this app for a while now and I´m so pleased with it! And most of all, some of the best suports I have experienced! Quick and service minded!
While sorting out a separate problem for me I was chatting to tech support about the issue I have with selling one of a kind items, i.e. the item usually disappears from the store soon after sale, taking any reviews with it. Gimbert was super helpful, showed me how I could have a series of reviews appear at the bottom of each listing in my store via the SEO page, available on the free plan. So no more tedious manually adding reviews to a separate page for me. I am really happy with the appearance of multiple reviews on each listing, and only wish I had known about it sooner. Tech support responded to my inquiries very quickly and had the new look published for me really quickly. Highly recommended.
