We have been with Yotpo from day one! We love and appreciate the value their reviews add for our customers. If we ever need assistance, Yotpo is quick to respond and help us out. Big thanks to John G for his awesome help and terrific customer service this week! I recommend this app 1000%!

Arven, Jann, Rovi and many others were so helpful in migrating our reviews from BigCommerce to Shopify! Delighted to be able to work with them 24 hours a day with no restrictions. They made this task very easy. Thank you!

Reymon Alvero N is a total rockstar! He helped me so much and was very patient with me. I was having a lot of trouble uploading my reviews from Shopify and he really helped me through the process. Thank you so much!

Horrible company! For the past 2 months they have overcharged us. We have the $15 plan. They have billed us $119 for the past two months.

We contacted them last month and they stated they would escalate it through their billing department. They refunded $49.80. If they billed $119 and our plan is $15, they should have refunded $104. They claim the remaining funds went to "some app credits."

This month, they billed us $119 again!! We are now talking to their support again and getting the same "We will escalate this through our billing department" again.

I see others who say this is an excellent app and that was one of the reasons we opted to use this one over others. The app works fine; however, their billing system absolutely ruins the value the app provides.

We will be filing a complaint with our bank against this company. I encourage everyone thinking about using this app to BEWARE!

So far so good. What I like about Yotpo is that unlike other review apps, it sends review requests to new customers who have never interacted with my store before. With other apps, I have to ask the customer to resubscribe for them to receive a review request if they have already unsubscribed to emails from these apps.

The customer service has been great as well. Especially Ruzsel J who installed a code for me when I told him that I was at my wits' end about something.

Does exactly what you need the app to do. We needed to transfer some reviews and John G was such a rockstar. He was really speedy, clear, and responsive. Most of these stars are for John ;)
