How to delete this crap from my store.

I would not add this app again, if given the choice. I initially installed it because it seemed like a fantastic product - and I'm sure it is. My complains are this:
1) They place their logo and link at the top of the review section. I think it makes the store look cheap and unfinished. I'm not happy with it, at all. I feel like they're basically forcing me to barter - their service, for free advertising. Something, I wasn't aware I was agreeing to.
2) When I removed the app from my storefront, it didn't go anywhere. Sure, the benefits of YOTPO were disabled, but the changes made to my theme were still present.
Now, I've reinstalled it, because I'm not comfortable manually removing the code, and if it's going to be there, it should be functional Still - if I could do it all over... I would not have installed it in the first place
I just downloaded it and I'm a bit disappointed that you have to UPGRADE in order to send automatic emails to the customer. I wish I knew this before I downloaded it.
I am not sure why this doesn't work, but no test emails ever came through - it isn't because I had any problem installing it into Shopify.

All was good until I want to change the color for look and feel. Just continuously loads and won't update, waste of time
Very disappointed in the price structure - $4000 a year for small business is just not doable.
Avoid using apps provided by this company at all cost, their technical support sucks and don't even understand simple instructions and keep on insisting that the simple issue is fixed and explained to us the same thing again and again which is not helping at all, after messing around on a simple CSS styling issue, the support guy named Nick was even trying to show his attitude and removed all the necessary codes on the store with his unprofessionalism, we strictly told them that the only code that needs to be removed is the bad code / solution that he provided. Dealing with this kinda mess is literally a joke, next level stuff, congratulations on pissing off your potential customer. And you know what guys? There are plenty of other good review apps out there that provide better services and technical support compared to this crap, just to name a few like Loox, Judge.me and the list goes on. If I were you, I will avoid using their apps at all cost. Really tired of dealing with support that don't even understand simple logic and needs.

For the price it's not worth it. There are other apps that offer everything this one does and more at half the price of even their lowest plan. I signed up for a pro plan and I still couldn't remove their logo from the review widgets on my website. I understand they want to advertise their business but I really don't want another brand all over my store.
I also kept running into issues with their Facebook integrations, and apparently even with a pro plan I'm only allowed to connect my social media to Facebook and Twitter. I don't know how much you need to pay to connect to Instagram and others...
Uploading reviews from other sources is impossible. They want you to put each review into their CSV file... which if anyone has ever messed with CSV it's time consuming to say the least and I have over 700 reviews to add. There's no way I have time for that.
They have some nice features, but like I said way overpriced considering other's offer the same package for way less. I had their lowest plan for $29 a month, they would only send out 50 review request emails (I pay $15 a month for unlimited with another company), I kept running into an error every time I tried to use their Facebook functions, I couldn't connect my other social media accounts, reviewers can't upload their own images to reviews (even with a pro plan!), importing reviews from other sources is impossible, and good luck trying to fine out how to contact support from your dashboard or the help page.

Slow support, very slow.
So it was not possible to download reviews, it is not yet a pleasant moment anywhere is written that on free plans you cannot download a review from a photo, as a result, I wasted two hours of time trying to figure it out. Another epic, remove the plugin from your code ... disappointed
