Yotpo continues to disappoint me. I was chatting with them on a weeknight about some issues with their widgets and this is what I see:

So BAD. If you're considering Yotpo, please know that customer support is nonexistent. We will be leaving Yotpo soon and advise others who haven't joined yet to please save yourself the trouble. There are better companies out there who don't just outsource their customer support like Yotpo, but who are actually available to resolve issues.

I'm updating my review because I've wasted so much time talking to customer support who does not know how to resolve my issue. I upgraded my plan to accommodate more reviews and Jeorge had mentioned it will automatically be resolved in a few hours. Sure enough, Yotpo let me down again and it still isn't fixed. Customer support requires extreme hand holding and does not have a process on how to fix common issues. I'm extremely frustrated with Yotpo.

Joian Z was super quick and helpful with getting our reviews widget updated!

Support from John B was excellent! He helped me with the remapping within minutes. Definitely recommend! Thank you!

I am a small business and was looking for an efficient review App, easy to install. I am very happy with the return I am getting from the Yotpo App and the flexibility it offers. I needed help to maximise the app and use all functionalities available under my plan. I cannot thank enough Ronel, Arven, Hazel, Daniel and John B. who have helped me over the past few days. I would highly recommend the app, not only for what it does but for the quality of its customer support. Thank you!

Just installed Yotpo app and installed my reviews, but didn't see them on my store. I started a chat to figure out that issue thats when John B came in. Very helpfully from the start to a look at my account a assured me that it can take up to 24hrs to updated and was there for any other questions I might of had. Appreciated John B

Apologies, this is not a review. I need support, but I already uninstalled the app, so I don't know any other way to get in touch.

I've uninstalled the app, but on my websites product pages there is still a line (just underneath the product title) with stars and a number for the number of reviews. When I installed the app a year ago I remembering asking Yotpo for help so that it would show up there. But since uninstalling the app didn't remove it, I need help from support to remove the code they added.

I hope I've explained what I need as clearly as possible. If not, please reach out to me, or let me know when the code has been removed. Thank you in advance.
