This app is amazing for being free, I just didn't appreciate the headache it gave me while I was trying to figure out how to use it. I didn't expect it to e-mail every customer who has ever bought items from us ever, I thought that was a little ridiculous. I had difficulty with initial setup and the help was instant! Excited to see how this can improve on my existing review platform

So far so good. Just signed up and having trouble finding specific settings. I was surprised that the live chat option was pretty much immediate. Still a ways to go before I can really make a fair evaluation but Eunice from the live chat was awesome - knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant!

Just integrated on growth plan as of today. Support was quick to respond and assist with integrations.

Yotpo sales had enough time to call me multiple times, but I hate it when installed there is no email/ chat or phone support available. I am waiting for 3 days for a response from the contact form, and the app is not doing well.
Have an app, have support, period.
