I'm having to revisit this review for the fourth time - if you are thinking of using YOTPO - DON'T DO IT - unless you are happy to while away your PRECIOUS hours in Yotpo support chats while they promise to fix whatever is causing some random reviews for some completely different store (ie not our store) appearing in our account which basically uses up your entire monthly review credit ... I have been promised that this has been escalated, it's been fixed and that we'll be recompensed with a credit .... none of which has happened yet ... I recommend looking for a better app. If I could give zero stars I would but it seems to be locked on one

I was having trouble installing the app on my Shopify store, so I contacted support via the instant messaging app. They responded immediately and were able to help me with a couple of tasks. I also love the new review widget.

I use this app to help me gain reviews from my customers. I really like how I can comment back on all the reviews so that I can engage with my customers on a personal level!

Had a problem that reviews were not showing on the site, turns out we had a duplicated account, contacted support chat and they fixed the issue with no fuss and amalgamated both accounts. Support is excellent

Simoun was helpful in providing support and edits to my star rating widget. It was a quick resolution and we're very pleased.

Fantastic App to achieve social proof! Very easy to use! Great Online Support! Manny was very helpful with an issue with product recommendations, and Caroline also provided assistance when setting up the App.
