I have talked with customer supoort through the chat feature many times now and tonight, was blown away by how the agent, Rhenant T, was able to fix my Shopify store's malfunctioning reviews carousel within my store. It looks and works perfectly now! Saved me so much time and effort! Thank you so very much!
Awesome and easy to Integrate
Even starting on the Free Reviews plan this app is the leader of the pack. Lemuel Yotpo was awesome in providing prompt and useful direction with my questions. This looks like a winner.
Also Yotpo Radly was an awesome help in finding a tweak that I needed.
I used to like this app. After some issues, I reached out to try to figure it out, and the support has not been helpful at all. Very frustrating. I hope to find a replacement instead of using them.

Kenn T was very helpful in fixing our companies import issues. Kenn spent 30 minutes or more helping us solve the issue and we are very happy with their communication and results provided.
Great customer service, very quick to resolve the enquiry I had. The staff were friendly and able to connect me back to the right person when I got disconnected. They are very informative.
We never had the ability to easily collect user testimonials before - and I felt weird asking.... so we just didn't. Have to say -- we are LOVING the feedback we are getting from our customers now using your app. It's great information for our company and serves as almost daily inspiration for us. I was previously using this app when my site was being hosted by another provider and I was struggling to migrate my reviews to my new Shopify site. The technical assistance I received from Ed to resolve the migration and widget issue I was experiencing due to using different templates was fantastic and thorough. My reviews are all now displaying as they should.
Jo Lorenz from Yotpo support team is fast, effective and turbo helpful. The app comes with lots of features and functionalities so it might be a bit confusing for starters - but after 2 minutes of conversation with Jo, I understand how it works effortlessly. 10/10
