Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

I've installed and uninstalled probably 5 different Reviews apps in the past year because they either didn't give me enough - or gave too much. I was looking for a user friendly, easy to navigate app that was a good fit for my store. Not one to EVER give up or settle, I found Yotpo, read the reviews, and upon the recommendation of so many users, I installed it. Of course this is 2020 and nothing has been easy so when I ran into a very small issue, i reached out to their support. Within MINUTES, Mary Ann got back to me and resolved the small situation I had. Very impressive and quite affirming that i made the right choice. I've got the unpaid plan for now, but as my sales grow, I will upgrade for some additional features (although the unpaid features are really good!). Thank you, Mary Ann, for ending this crazy year on a high note for me ❤️

Best support on any app that i have used! Easy, super quick chat reply. Highly recommend. I moved from another app to this one and the difference was night and day. I was helped by Ronel

Customer Service is fast, friendly, and responsive. Anne helped me solve a problem in no time flat. Integration with the site is easy if you have some coding experience, otherwise, you may need some assistance, but once loaded, works very well.

Rhemy was very knowledgeable and useful in helping me get my review badge on my website! I definitely recommend this app!

We make half of our sales online and through Shopify POS. Yotpo only works for online purchases, NOT available for your POS customers. There is no feature to manually send out reviews, otherwise we could have made this app work for us. We tried to get help, but we had to go with a different direction.

Had a question about managing reviews and John B was really nice and was able to help me out. So far so good with this app.

Just left them for Shopify's own Product Review product. Yotpo is fine if everything is working, but their support is shocking with a 7 day gap between each email on a support item. After 3mths of use, not a single review other than the 5 that were manually added on day 1, absolutely nothing from support even though I tried. I have given up. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I like the app. It works great. I also reached out to support. Manny was very responsive and solved the issues. He's been dedicated. I can't wait to get feedback on an issue that is still pending.

Anne was so helpful when I need assistance with how to add my store logo to the email that is sent out to my customers! Love this app!
