One of the worst apps I've ever used in my experience on Shopify. Typically I don't leave reviews, but this was frustrating. The product was highly bugged and the interface was never properly updated. Customer service was excellent, and of course, I'm the bad apple of the bunch, but nonetheless, you can't overcome a bad product. UI/UX probably needs a major overhaul.

What else can I say that everyone else hasn't already? This service is perfection. If you are running an ecommerce store, you should have Yotpo.

This app works nicely. Great support by Ed. I was having a problem with moderating the reviews, but that was solved by the support team
very smart app, but it's better if visitors could write review to a collection page.
