Allent on Yotpo did an excellent job helping me today! Very friendly and inviting! They were very efficient at helping me!
I had a problem about the rating display on a product page and category page but Rilu Jane helped me so quickly with kind respond. Very helpful service and great app.
There are so many features even on the free option that it can be a little overwelming at first. A message to support and Kaiser came to the rescue doing a quick install for us, it's not quite as it should be but I'm totally confident Kaiser will resolve this quickly.
I would see us upgrading plan to a paid version very soon.
This app is just what I needed. Added to little-windows.com, so easy to set up and use, and having my customers feedback flow to me this way simplifies my life, and keeps me motivated. The auto-smart-post to Facebook saves me time too. Love it, love it, love it!
So tired of Yotpo. Support is almost non-existent. Wait a week for Yotpo to respond to any support request, then get a reply that is completely irrelevant. Yet if I want to upgrade to one of their ridiculously expensive plans, I'll be contacted within an hour.
Did a good job but there was no way to turn off sending a review request to returning customers, which annoyed many of my loyal customers who thought I was spamming them, so I had to disable it. Hopefully the Shopify review app handles this better.

I've been using Yotpo for 3 months now. It is excellent for soliciting reviews and putting that part of your job on cruise control. If you only use it for reviews I recommend their service. However, their paid Rich Snippets service is seriously lacking. I've had no short of 7 occasions in which the rich snippets stop showing up in Google organic search. Each time I have to reach out to their service department via email and often receive a flippant email back and they close the ticket as if the issue has been solved. Their solutions are also less than ideal - if you look at my site you'll notice a text based star rating under the Product Title. Looks out of place but they say that's all they can do? Often they don't respond when I request a different solution. It will be a good day when Shopify integrates these features as standard out of the box.
I reached out to Yotpo Customer Support with an error I was receiving and had the greatest experience ever!! I worked with Daniel P. and he was so efficient and helpful, and just made the process extremely easy. I have never had a Customer Representative be so thorough and communicative, he is THE BEST!!!!
拡張性もありとても優れたアプリです。
他にも色々試していましたがこちらに統一していこうと思います。
メニューの大半が英語ですが、設定で日本語を選ぶとお客様への表示部分は日本語に切り替わります。
カスタマーセンターも非常にチャット対応が早く的確な答えが返って来るので安心しました。
プラン的にもかなり柔軟で始めやすいです。
ガンガン活用していこうと思います。
追記
レビュー上でカスタマーの名前が本名で表示される仕様であり、お客様からニックネームに変えてほしいとの連絡がありました。
やり方がわからずチャットで問い合わせた所すぐに対応してくれて非常に助かりました。
ただこの仕様は設定上変えられないということで日本のユーザーには合わないかもしれません。。。
