Great app, it works pretty good and it looks professional and great customer service. Will definitely recommend.
Clean review app - Great support that goes out of their way to help with CSS & HTML - A lot of add-ons that drive up pricing, however, reviews are a great consumer confidence builder and it feels worth it at scale.
Anne is amazing as well as the whole team at Yotpo. They have had to help me install on my theme twice now and they do it quickly and are so amazing! So glad I use them.
So far just starting out the app is great for setup. I wish there were more features available for the free version. Set up is pretty easy. I did need help and the person assisting me was very knowledgeable and helped me with a setup issue right away. Very pleased with the customer service.
Yotpo is by far the best app and superior customer service on Shopify. Leizel and Bernard have assisted our team several times in establishing our reviews, and they have over delivered and outperformed on every occasion. I had issues with importing reviews from my old system and I emailed support to help. They were great and got everything corrected quickly. Then I changed the theme of my website and they fixed my reviews again. Top-notch customer service team!!
