Great service, easy to use. I'm benefiting a lot even with the free version!
My only complaint is that the better features are really expensive- there really isn't a middle ground on the price point. However, I am sure people can get a lot of value from it and generate a lot of new business. The customer support helped me solve my issue, but it would also be nice if they had phone support.
We've switched from the Shopify Reviews App to Yotpo and the reviews are just pouring in! We haven't even upgraded to the premium yet and already we are satisfied with what this app has to offer for free accounts. Absolutely love it!
EDIT: The migration process is painful!! It's not as easy as advertised and we regret switching from Judge.me now. And even though we're paying $120 / month, there is Yotpo branding in all widgets and emails. If you're a small business, there are better options. Seems like a pretty good reviews app so far. And the customer service is very good! Would highly recommend.

The best " I cant believe its free App", Yotpo has added serious value to our site very quickly. Reviews make a difference. They are also incredibly responsive to suggestions.

Great app. Much better for us than the product reviews app, as it asks for reviews automatically instead of manually, the process for customers is easier and they can do it from their social media accounts too.
