I used this app for FREE for 4+ years, and when I finally decided to change to a paid tier, I was afraid that wouldn't be necesary, but with the astonishing support, I'm ultra-glad that I did the upgrade!! I love Yotpo! Is what all the PROs use :-D
The chat was great! Was able to give me a quick design change in minutes. Customer service is off the charts and was able to problem solve quickly to get a good place! very pleased! J. Lorenze from the help chat was great!
Great service and super eager to help with any technical issues we have. Junalou fixed our coding issue with ease with no hesitation!
I've been using this app for a few years and this was the first time I have had to reach out for support, Nick was great, really efficient and helpful. Sorted my problem out very quickly.

Super easy install! I'm not (at all) comfortable with HTML, but their instructions made it a breeze. A delight, even.
I'll be counting on work of mouth from happy customers to get my small business off the ground. That means Yotpo could end up being the most important feature on my new website. I'm very happy that Cooper-House directed me to Yotpo.
Excellent customer service, too.

I got an email from Yotpo asking for another review, and I want to do all I can to help out – it's a great app. This system won't let me do a 'fresh' review, so I'm just adding on to the old one...
Easy set up, easy to customize the note that goes to the customer – as well as the timing interval. I do wish it was easier to integrate the number of stars/reviews into the product info (meaning, easy for a luddite like me).
Even more, I wish that you could comment on customer's reviews without having to upgrade to Pro status. I'd be happy to pay a small monthly fee, but I can't imagine ever being able to afford the current Pro pricing.
Still, a very handy app – and the people that run their customer service have been great.
Yotpo has proven to be an excellent tool to for customer acquisition - easy to install, maintain and support. We've been on the platform for over two years.
Support has been nothing short of phenomenal. Turn-around time is quite good, often within a few hours, and never more than 24. Between our very responsive account rep (who DOES know his stuff) and their tech team, we are well served.
And in addition they have reached out to us to share macro insights about our performance against industry standards and where we can improve. Just an all around good experience.
While not cheap, we still highly recommend.

This is the best app for being able to reach out to your guests while they are online shopping! They are always so helpful, too!
Really good app. Would recommend. Good customer service as well. Lot's of good features and the app is easy to use.
