I use this app to collect reviews and be able to communicate with Customers who tell their problem when leaving a review and I then get a chance to correct the problem if at all possible. Great product!

This app is the best, it helps me to receive feedback from my customers, and in case of any problem with an order, it gives me the opportunity to correct the problem and retain my customers. Customer service is top notch, today I needed help inserting a code into my Shopify store, and Doner did it for me in seconds. It is a great tool to receive feedback, build customer loyalty and increase sales.

It is an essential service for any shop owner, more of an essential than an extra. Before I had Yotpo I was relying on customers to come back and write a review - but alas this did not happen.
