I've used this app for about two years. I do love things about it but it does slow down free shopify theme versions (I was using the carousel on the main page). I have used the help options multiple times with success but this last time (today) I had Doner who FINALLY helped me to get me exactly what I was looking for. We had a terrible experience. The whole platform was buggy for us and it took forever to get things done. The final straw was that emails for reviews post purchase just stopped going out with no explanation. We switched to a new provider and got 3 reviews in the first hour (while not getting any in 30 days on yotpo.)
