Love the customer service from Junalou on this app. Due to some other social media updates, I lost connectivity. I was able to redo most of it, but since I'm not too techy, I got stuck on the API secret key stuff. Junalou was immediately available to chat, easily understood my issue, and walked me through it. Done! Then he noticed my widgets were also gone, so he fixed that right up within seconds! Honestly, I think the customer service is sometimes more important than what the app does. I highly recommend yotpo. AND Junalou!!

An update to my review, support is beyond awesome, Rhemy just helped us with reinstalling the app after we changed the theme. Yes, she is working on Sundy, very smart and very quick. I wish there was more than 5 stars to give to Yotpo and Rhemy! This app has great features and even though it is new to us, we can see that it will have a positive impact on our sales.
Another thing, support is amazing; we had an issue on a Saturday and support responded in a few minutes and fixed the issue in another few even though we're still on the free version!

Great reviews app. Yes, if you upgrade it can be pricey. But it is worth it in my opinion. Their customer service is great, can do any small or large adjustments to your store that you want in terms of visual and location. Additionally, a lot of apps integrate with them which is a plus. This reviews app is the cleanest look of the bunch. Crescel was a pleasure as well.
