Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

I was not getting product reviews from my customers. All of a sudden I received a couple of product reviews through Yotpo. It was easy to install. I had issue transferring reviews fro the old app to yotpo. Yotpo resolved that quickly.

I found it a bit tricky to import reviews and install the app but spoke to Ronel over chat and she helped so much! Really love this platform so far

Although you cant cancel scheduled review requests yourself, you can contact Yotpo support and have them cancel it for you.

I contact Yotpo for support frequently and they've been very helpful.

Works Well but in 3 years has only made me a extra $300 in sales

Great app. We have received so many valuable reviews. The customer service team is also great. I spoke to Nick S who was super helpful.

App is great. Does it's job. They were one of the first in the market to have reviews custom built into emails. Pretty thoughtful considering the no of people who would take the time to go outside the email to leave a review. Needed some support issues resolved for review load and Jaypee from the support team went above and beyond to support the review. Great job guys. You have a fan. My only ask would be that you make features more affordable for small and micro businesses.

I am really starting to enjoy this app. I got very quick assistance from the live agent Donald I couldn't figure out something and he helped me a lot! I am definitely keeping Yotpo as my review app .
