Yotpo ‑ Product Reviews App

Great App. tested it for a few months now and slowly getting the hang of it.

Thumps up for

1. I love the fact that customers can write a review right in the review request email. They do not need to be redirected to do this.

2. Love that reviews can be posted on twitter and facebook. Integrates well with these platforms.

3. Love the reviews tab on the website too and the options to automate or manually post reviews.

I gave it 4 stars because I'd like to be able to integrate customer pictures. Can this be done? If so, I'll definitely be giving a 5 star rating!

Great App.

Lots of great features in this app. It takes the idea of reviews to a new level and even automates most of the work. So far I have enjoyed the features of this app and am considering going to the premium version for the advanced features.

I installed yotpo on my shopify website, Junalou from yotpo's support solved my doubts and problems I had, I installed review on all sides of my website where the client can see, the support is great, I recommended yotpo, good service and an excellent job and especially with a lot of patience. I have liked very much what I've been able to use via the free version of Yotpo. The premium plan seems to be what I'd really like to work with but the price is outrageous. I would give 4.5 stars if their cost for other features were more reasonable. Small business, in my opinion need the marketing and social media representation that Yotpo offers, but the cost is outrageous. Maybe if we could pick and choose what features we would use the most and get the most out of..maybe an "la carte" option...as for functionality and getting exactly what they said we would get with the free plan, we like it and it is helpful, seamless, and user friendly.

The service was exceptionel good. I met the problem and immediately customer service helped me. This app is very useful

Just getting started with this app, had a few teething troubles adding code, but the help from them is very good, looking forward to seeing my store grow!

Yotpo is awesome! Best review system we've used and we've tried all the top ones. Yotpo is simple to use and has the most tools like remarketing automatically, auto social posting and more. Yotpo saves us huge amounts of time.
