Yotpo has been great! Still using the free plan and customer support has been phenomenal. Allen, my support person, has patiently worked through the kinks of switching platforms. I mistakenly made the switch without contacting Yotpo first and it made a mess of things. Highly recommend!
Ronel was a ton of help. He fixed the problem I had in no time and was super responsive and kind. Especially as a beginner having a small shopify store I can recommend using Yotpo because of the great customer service. They always got your back and save you a lot of time.
The assistant Stephanie C gave me a great support! With her support, all my problems were solved. I have many problems to solve but she took care of them very well.

I need to aware all the customers right there, This company is absolutely fraud and they just concern with money. I have subscribed their $49 plan and they are deducting $3000 from my card without my approval. Now I am going to Peruse against this company and also opening a dispute in Shopify so that they delist their App.
