Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

I was having some difficulty getting my site set up and when I contacted Yotpo Manny was very helpful in setting up everything I needed. I can't say how much I appreciated the fast and great service. I again needed help on another issue and this time I was helped by Sheen. Again very friendly and very fast service. All my issues were taken care of . I am really starting to like this app.

Like that customers can review, but the jump in price to having the ability to post comments on social media is way too much

Just like any new app at first, there is a learning curve but once you figure it out, this app has a lot to offer, especially the free version. Another huge plus is the excellent customer service!

the widget is broken again.........and got no help again ....:(
the reviews should be updated by us or if need to be deleted ...we can't even delete on the back end the review what you guys uploaded 3 times by mistake ..... not sure how long I wanna stay with you guys it's very bad......

We have been using Yotpo for around 6 months. The consumer facing functionality and aesthetics are great, and the admin interface is intuitive/ easy to use. Particularly impressed with the customer service team who respond in seconds, are extremely knowlegable/ capable and always helpful.

The app is a bit slow, but overall it does the work and has good features. I had an issue with the backend and it was quickly sorted out by Lemuel from Yotpo. Good customer service and fast problem resolution.

Very impressed with their customer service! Eunice was very quick to help out and figure out my review uploads. Highly recommend!
