I have been using Yotpo app for quite some time and for a small business it has been so helpful in growth and understanding what customers are liking (or not). Recently, customer service was so helpful when one of my customers caught something in an email for a review and it was a gliche on my doing. Great app. It really helps me moderate reviews and also addresses customer concerns when they arise.

I used the chat and spoke with Warly. I needed help or first information about how to add my existing reviews to an new theme that I plan to launch soon. He was very knowledgeable, super friendly, fast in responding and super helpful explaining everything to me. He even offered me to help add the review widget before the launch. The support from YotPo is outstanding.
