Yotpo Product Reviews & UGC

I used this app to collect Product reviews. The support is QUICK and Ronel R. went above beyond to help me when i contacted support ! LOVE THIS APP.

I've used this app to automate asking for reviews. I love how it also automatically posts these reviews to my FB and Twitter accounts, which has brought people back to my website and provides that social proof. Even when I had to delete and republish a product (which had a positive review attached) due to a technical website issue, the Yotpo support was so fantastic and exceeded my expectations, the team helping me reconnect the original review to the new product listing. I could not recommend Yotpo enough!

The customer support of the app is amazing, Hermes really helped me with the technical problems I had.

I was having trouble installing the app on my Shopify store, so I contacted support via the instant messaging app. They responded immediately and were able to help me with a couple of tasks. I also love the new review widget.

I use this app to help me gain reviews from my customers. I really like how I can comment back on all the reviews so that I can engage with my customers on a personal level!

Priced for enterprise users - not for Shopify clients. The review engine is nice, but if you want any features it is a MASSIVE jump in price. They make it sound like its an easy upgrade to the useful features - it is not. I am one step above the free version at $25 dollars a month. Just to get the basic feature of responding to reviews, the price goes up 12x. (That's right, an extra $275 a month.) Plus they also charge you for each email sent out after a set amount. (That's right, not completed reviews, just email requests)

I am not sure why it costs an extra $3,300 a year just for the basic feature of responding to reviews, but it does.

I am sure it's great for Zappos, but not even close to reasonably priced for a small business.

Had a problem that reviews were not showing on the site, turns out we had a duplicated account, contacted support chat and they fixed the issue with no fuss and amalgamated both accounts. Support is excellent

Simoun was helpful in providing support and edits to my star rating widget. It was a quick resolution and we're very pleased.

Ed has been very helpful and patient with me. I am not much of a computer person and he helped a lot with the different options available on this app. Great customer service!
