We switched to a new theme and needed help reinstalling the widget. The team was so helpful and responsive. Took less than 24 hours and all our reviews are back on the site customized to our branding, exactly as they were.
Support team was very helpful and fast when we needed them. Great app! Reviews are great for our products and help with our sales.

YotPo is great and the customer service is even better. We've integrated the reviews into our site with star ratings, reviews, etc. Once we got everything set up (which was easy and customer service helps with any questions), we set automated emails and the reviews have just been flooding in.. Also a little shout out to Nick S who held my hand through all my questions and got our reviews exactly where we wanted them!
Fab app. Wish I had installed it sooner. Easy to use with great support. Adds an element of trust to webstore for new customers. Very pleased.
I have been with Yotpo for a long time and the app is great, it's super helpful that it will automatically send out review requests, it's easy to navigate and the push to social is a nice feature. Thank you for the support today Simoun!

Love Yotpo! The app works perfect. Getting reviews is easy and automatic. Customer service is great! I had to change some reviews from one product page to a new one and Yotpo had clear and easy instructions on how to do this. The customer service team are quick to reply and help. Thank you John!!
