This app is great! Service is fantastic. Nothing was a problem when I wanted reviews shown on different pages. Would recommend. Great help also with social integration.

Great customer service. The program is affordable and provides the value needed to reassure customers. I would like some better customization in the free option but it's free, so can't complain.

Love this app on shopify. Though some of the improvements are in the works but still one of the best apps being used by us!

I don't want to push our customers for writing reviews. However, Yotpo has several options which make me comfortable to use the app. Well designed app. Thank you very much.

I noticed our reviews were not publishing to our site even though I could see new reviews coming in through the Yotpo app. I reached out to support and had John G. assist me. He informed me that I had not added the Yotpo widgets and still had our previous reviews app widget active. John was super helpful and prompt with this fix. His help was very much appreciated and saved me a lot of time. He went the extra mile in making my experience as seamless as possible. Thank you, John!
