We love Yotpo for our store reviews. Every time I've reached out for help on the chat I've had great service. Junalou and Ronel were very helpful in figuring out some issues we had. I highly recommend the app.

Die App funktioniert wie sie es verspricht und bietet viele Einstellungsmöglichkeiten. Bei Schwierigkeiten ist der Kundensupport super schnell und sehr hilfsbereit. Klarer Pluspunkt. Daniel hat bisher jedes Problem gelöst und ist dabei ausgesprochen nett. The app works as promised and offers many setting options. In case of difficulties, the customer support is super fast and very helpful. Daniel has solved every problem so far and is extremely nice.
Terrible app. We used them until we reached their limit, then we cannot have any more reviews and have to move to their Premium plan, which is ~$7000/year. It's so ridiculous, almost bait and switch kind of practice. No thanks, we would rather use an app that has transparent pricing and do not use this kind of practice.

For our Growth plans (up to 800 orders per month) you can choose from packages ranging from $19 up to $249 a month. For larger businesses, we have custom packages available, and would be more than happy to discuss the right fit for you.

I needed help with getting the reviews to show up on my product pages. I contacted custmer support and they fixed the problem. Happy everything is now working!

Works fine until it doesn't. Won't send automatic reviews as it suppose to do and you will find out about it a few months after. Happened several times and their support is absolutely the worst. The first time they said "it was a bug and will not happen again" then, happens again!! You'll wait for hours on the chat, then they won't resolve it for days until you ask to speak with a manager. Paid $200 a month for a service that didn't work properly and now finally switching. Every "add on" costs more and it just doesn't worth it. There are new and cheaper solutions now out there, go with them.
